Reign Fitness Memorial Day Meltdown "Murph"


The Memorial Day Meltdown was awesome!

Not only is it an opportunity for us to celebrate and honor those who have given the ultimate sacrifice serving our country...

It also gives our community a chance to take part in the workout "Murph" which honors Lt. Michael Murphy a Navy Seal who have his life serving our country in Afghanistan in 2005.

1 Mile Run

100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 squats

1 Mile Run

Not only does our Community take part in this workout, The Reign Fitness Team took on a special version of "Murph" that included a synchronized run, synchronized Pull-Ups in pairs, and all the other reps synchronized as well.

On Monday, we held 4 classes...

7am, 8am, 9am, and 10:30am for the Reign Youth and we want to give a big shout out to everyone who came out on this holiday to take part.

We had members who came from Newcastle, Bellevue, Renton, Kent, West Seattle, South Seattle, Issaquah, Federal Way, Covington, Maple Valley...

Thank you for making that effort on holiday to train with the Reign Fam!
