No worries, we got your back.


Take on this at home reign fitness workout any time this week, anywhere. All you need is you and an area big enough to do a push-up.


This can also be a perfect workout to fit in while you're traveling.


"Countdown"

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Bodyweight Squats (Progression Squat Jumps)

Walkout + Push-ups

Sit-ups


Directions:

Complete the exercises in the order listed for the set number of reps in a countdown fashion for time.


Ex. Rd 1: 10 squats + 10 Walkout Push-ups + 10 Sit-ups/ Rd 2: 9 Squats + 9 Walkout Push-ups + 9 Sit-ups/ 8...7...6...etc.


Give yourself a quick 5-10 minute dynamic warm-up to get ready for the workout and then push the intensity for a full body workout.
