At Home Workout of The Week November 14, 2022



Whether you can't make it into Reign Fitness this week, looking for another workout to fit in, or you're just visiting our site...


We wanted to provide a full body workout that you can do anytime anywhere.


And remember you don't need a lot of fancy equipment to get after it.


Below we have 3 different versions of the workout:


  • A Bodyweight no equipment variation

  • Minimal Equipment (Pair of DB's) variation

  • Most Equipment

Pick the one that fits you best.


"Holiday Motivation"


Directions: Complete the exercises for the set number of reps in the order listed for as many rounds as possible in the 7 minutes. Record your score. Break for the 3 minutes and then repeat the total of rounds you completed for the workout for time!


Tips:

  • Find a pace that allows you to maintain great technique but also allows you to push intensity.

  • Make sure to breathe during the burpees to make sure you're not raising your heart rate too high through just holding your breath.

  • Find a weight that's challenging but that you can complete for all the lunges and swings.


Bodyweight Variation:


7 minute AMRAP

5 Alternating Lunges each side (L/R =1)

10 Burpees

15 Bodyweight Squats


Break 3 minutes


Repeat your total number of rounds you completed for time.


Minimal Equipment Variation


7 minute AMRAP

5 DB Alternating Lunges each side (L/R =1)

10 Burpees

15 DB or KB Swings


Break 3 minutes


Repeat your total number of rounds you completed for time.
