Our goal this week at Reign Fitness is to keep good habits going and as consistent as possible.
This is especially important now as we start to creep into the holiday season and things get even more busy.
So we're lining up more workouts that you can do from at home with or without equipment in the case you can't make it into the gym, work takes you farther away from Renton, WA, or in the case you need an extra workout.
"Brick by Brick"
Directions: At the top of the minute, complete the first exercise for the set number of reps. Use the remaining time in the minute to rest and recover. At the top of the next minute, complete the next exercise for the set number of reps. Go back to the first exercise once you completed the round and repeat for 30 minutes.
EMOM x 30 minutes
Min 1: Bodyweight Squats x 15-20 reps
Min 2: Mountain Climbers x 30s
Min 3: Sit-ups x 15-20 reps
Min 4: Burpees x max reps
Min. 5: Rest
Minimal Equipment
Min 1: DB or KB Goblet Squats x 15-20 reps
Min 2: DB Renegade Rows x 10 reps (l/R =1)
Min 3: Sit-ups x 15-20 reps
Min 4: Burpees x max reps
Min. 5: Rest
