Reign Challengers head into the second half of this challenge this week!

Motivation is high as they take on a Physical Challenge workout that is geared towards helping them prepare for their baseline tests.

Challengers will complete the newest element to our Challenges with a 1-on-1 Nutrition Consult with Coach Mesha, our Nutrition Coach here at Reign Fitness.

We're introducing this new element to our challenge with the goals of more personalization and ensuring that we can really answer all the individualized questions in a private environnment.
