Personal training is ideal for the individual who is looking for a more customized training program necessary for specific goals.
This is great if you're looking to learn basic movements in a more personal setting before jumping into classes, want to get some additional coaching on higher complex movements (Olympic Lifting), or if you need a more customized program due to injury, specific sport, or specific goals.
