If you're like the rest of us...


You know that summers can slip by without fitness pretty easily.


"A get together here, a barbecue there, and of course ARMAP vacations/getaways."


Project July was created to help keep our community accountable through the Summer Season, have fun through challenging workouts, and avoid the stress of a normal challenge.




Whether you want to test your fitness to see how you stack up against others or you just want to stay on point with extra workouts over July for a little extra fun - this challenger series is for you!

Fitness makes everything better... Including Summer! 


  • 1 Workout released each week in July for 4 weeks.

  • $40 Registration Fee

  • Private Facebook Group to engage with other challengers.

  • All proofs completed in SugarWOD

  • 2 Divisions: Rx (Barbells), Fitness (No Barbells but KB/DB), or Scaled  (Bodyweight)

  • Both Rx and Fitness will include scaling options and scaled weights.


Each workout is programmed and designed to not only be a good workout but of course challenge your fitness. You will be able to see all of the workouts on SugarWOD and choose based on equipment, fitness level, and experience.


Weekly challenge workouts can be completed at the gym before or after classes based on Coach availability only. Reign Fitness still has some policies in place to uphold so please touch base with your coach in the case that you want to complete this at the gym. 


These challenges are not designed to take the place of your weekly programming workouts. 


RX (Barbell Division):

The Barbell Workouts will include both an Rx and scaled variation.

The ReignFIT workouts will include both an Rx variation and No Equipment Variation.

Please, remember that there is no nutrition component to this challenge but we still recommend and stand by our Nutrition Motto: "Eat Real Food, Not Too Much, and Mostly Plants/Lean Proteins."
