Here is the third installment of our Reign Traveler workouts! Next time your traveling for work or pleasure, try one of these fun but effective workouts. The first few workouts require zero equipment and the others will only require a set of dumbbells. Have fun! "Basic 20" Directions: For 20 minutes, complete as many reps and rounds of the following exercises for the set number of reps. Make sure to complete the workout in the order listed below.
