Reign Fitness Barbell Fundamentals Reign Barbell Fundamentals is a 2 day class series that covers all the foundational barbell movements with an emphasis on form and technique. This class series is perfect for you if you're interested in learning technique and preparing to transition into Reign Barbell Classes. Each day will last about 2-3 hours with a small break.
