Each Coach will lead a team of Challengers to take on the 30 days of fitness.
Teams will take on both individual and team challenges designed to help you build fitness, tackle nutrition, and get involved with our gym community.
Workout challenges will have both Rx and Scaled variation.
Weekly Challenges (Workouts, Nutrition, Lifestyle, Team Challenges) will help your team build points and the team with the most points wins.
Thursday @ 7pm will be dedicated for teams to come in and complete their challenges but they can also complete on their own, due Sunday 6pm.
