We've been so busy with everything going on, many of us have neglected our own mental and physical health.

 

This Challenge is an opportunity to take back control and get back to reinvesting in yourself!

  • Build momentum going into the Holiday Season by spending 30 days focused on your Health & Fitness.

  • Utilize the Nutrition Protocol to reset and redefine goals for yourself.

  • Rediscover your passion for investing in your health and reignite your drive for fitness!

CHALLENGE DATES

May 11th, 2023 |  Informational Meeting/Measurements

May 15th, 2022 | Start of Challenge

May 29th | Memorial Day "Murph" | Halfway 

June 13th, 2023 | Last Day of Challenge

This Challenge has been designed to give you a start date and deadline which can directly influence intensity levels. It can help you focus in on prioritizing your health, and it can help spark a surge of energy that we often times need in order to achieve big goals and disrupt stagnant routines.

This Challenge isn't just some internet program, instagram videos, or a fad diet you follow.

​

It's real hard work, actual people and coaches keeping you accountable, and challenges that will push you outside of your comfort zones. 

​

It's not going to be easy but nothing worth it ever is.

HOW DOES THE CHALLENGE WORK?

Once you register for the Challenge and get your payment confirmed... 

​

  • You will receive an email with instructions and information on how to get started with this challenge. Included will be information on the "At Home" Weigh-ins and Before Pictures. We will also be coordinating with individuals to set up times to get these done.

​

  • In order to be eligible for any end of challenge prizes, you must complete all pre-challenge protocols (Weigh-ins and Before Pictures)  

​

  • You will then be given access to a private "Reign Fitness Summer Challenge 2023" Facebook Challenger Page plus additional resources.

​​

  • The Challenge will start Monday, May 15th, 2023 with the announcement of your first physical, nutrition, or combination of both challenges. 

    • All Physical Challenges will be completed in SugarWOD and you will see the workouts under the section Reign Summer Challenge 2023. ​

    • All Nutrition & Lifestyle Challenge will still be announced via Private Facebook Challenger's Page. Tracking will be done as noted in the challenge description. 

​

  • At the beginning of each week, for 4 weeks, you will receive New Challenges which will include a due date and proof. (All challenges will be due Saturday 6pm the week of unless otherwise noted.) All challenge proofs will be submitted in the comment section of the post. (Please refer to the instructions)

 

  • Finally at the end of the challenge, we will determine the winner based on  challenge completion + community involvement + participation + attitude.

PHYSICAL

CHALLENGES

The Physical Challenges are designed to not only provide you with more opportunities to be active...

​

  • They are programmed to help you identify strengths and weaknesses in your own fitness.

​

  • Workouts that give you time to intentionally practice better movement and improve at different exercises.

​

  • Measurable factors like total time and reps allow you to track progress.

​

All Physical Challenges will come in Two Fit Levels (Performance/Fitness) and we will have scaled options for all exercises. If you have any questions with workouts or exercises please touch base with a Reign Fitness Coach.

NUTRITION

Our Challenge Nutrition Protocol will follow the same motto we use for our Reign Nutrition Coaching Program.

 

"Eat Real Food. Not Too Much. Mostly Plants."

​

We are also recommending a Paleo Nutrition Protocol throughout the 30 days, we will provide you with manuals, grocery lists, and nutrition resources to help you navigate through the Nutrition aspect of this challenge.

​

If you do Reign nutrition Coaching, please continue to follow your current program and be sure to touch base with your coach. Also, please let us know if you can not follow a Paleo Nutrition Protocol due to health reasons. 

​

Nutrition Challenges will be focused on helping you develop habits that support your fitness goals.
