# 7 Workouts For The Reign Fitness Traveler | Part 3

Here is the third installment of our Reign Traveler workouts!

Next time your traveling for work or pleasure, try one of these fun but effective workouts. The first few workouts require zero equipment and the others will only require a set of dumbbells.

### "Basic 20"

Directions: For 20 minutes, complete as many reps and rounds of the following exercises for the set number of reps. Make sure to complete the workout in the order listed below.

AMRAP 20 Minutes

5 Pushups

10 Situps

15 Squats

### "Tabatta Me Crazy"

Directions: Complete 8 rounds (Tabatta Styl) / 20 seconds of work and 10 second breaks / 4 minutes total of the following exercises. Break as needed after completing one exercise.

### "Blaster"

Directions: Complete 4 rounds of the following exercises for the set distance/number of reps and in the order listed.

.25 mile run (on treadmill)

15 Db Thrusters

10 Situps

### "Blaster 2.0"

Directions: Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises for the set distance/number of reps and in the order listed.

.5 mile run

20 DB Thrusters

15 situps

### "Sprint Blaster"

Directions: Complete 2 rounds of the following exercises for the set distance/number of reps and in the order listed.

.5 mile run

50 squats

### "Countdown For Good Luck"

Directions: Complete the set rep number for all exercises before moving onto the next rep. Example complete 12 reps of all exercises, then 10 reps of all exercises, then 8...

Reps: 12-10-8-6-4-2-12

### "Cabin Fever"

Directions: Complete the Cash In first before starting the countdown of reps. Be sure to finish the Cash Out as soon as you finish your countdown of reps.

Complete the set number of reps for the round for all exercises before continuing to the next round of reps. Ex. 21 reps of all exercises, 15 reps of all exercises, then 12...
