Take time to do a full warm-up to get your body ready to move and if you see any movements that might need a little extra attention, invest some time to drill. (Double Unders.)


No jump rope, no worries. Substitute for line hope overs or Dumbbell hop overs.


Increase intensity by keeping track of finishing times each round. Try to keep round times consistent and crank up the intensity as you get closer to the end time.
