This trial week
is about you.
Your first week with us is an opportunity to get the full Reign Fitness Experience. We encourage you try out different classes, class times, and find out what works best for you.
It's also an opportunity to meet different coaches and of course everyone in our amazing community.
The programming for each class varies everyday so you can be sure you'll be trying out a variety of workouts but don't worry...
Our coaches are here to guide you through all the workouts and exercises.
All workouts and exercises are scalable to your fitness level.
Reign Coaches are here to help you learn proper movement techniques but also help coach you at your fitness level.
If you're joining us in Barbell Classes than we do ask that you have lifting experience.
Touch base with our team, if you have any questions but we also offer Barbell Fundamentals classes to help you build a strong foundation.
