The Reign Fitness family couldn't be more proud of Coach Mesha for competing at the Devotion Games with her good friend Danielle.
This Crossfit competition did not disappoint and truly tested this Team's fitness.
The workouts were challenging and took the team into deep waters as they did everything from running a mile for time to workouts with rope climbs.
Don't forget the olympic lifting that was thrown in there.
When asked about what was the most memorable from this competition, Coach Mesha responded, "What meant the most to me was the fact that my girls got to watch their mom work hard and have fun."
