What started as just a few members and a coach getting together once a week for an extra workout through the busy holiday season for accountability, has evolved into…
A community wide workout series inspiring mental and physical health through arguably the most stressful time of the year!
Word spread about the small group and we watched members join one by one… having more fun with their fitness, building community with the Reign Family, and most importantly continuing to prioritize their health through the holidays.

The Reigndeer Games is a workout focused challenge that can be done in the gym, at home, solo, or with friends. Through the month of December you take on one new workout challenge each week through the month of December. Reign Fitness will be dedicating Thursdays at 7pm for Challengers to come in and complete workouts.
Some weeks may have a Coach led Throwdown style workout and some weeks the gym will be available in an open gym format for challengers.
And the best part is… This Challenge is for everyone!
Workouts have both a Barbell and ReignFIT variation of all the workouts complete with scaling options (Scaling for exercises and weights). Workouts are adaptable to everyone regardless of your fitness level and experience.
