I grew up dancing in a classical dance academy, where I learned a lot about how the body moved, musicality, discipline, and technique. After I graduated high school and the dance academy, I was looking for something to fill the void. It wasn’t until after I gained some weight in college, I realized I needed to change my life. I found Reign after going to a few gyms and fell in love!
I found that training out was an amazing outlet for me. Training filled the void. I loved watching my body and strength change! I train because I like feeling like a strong woman that can do anything I put my mind to and put in the work. Reign has taught me what it is to be a true athlete both physically and mentally.
In 2016, I became a ReignFit coach and learned everything I know from Coach Albert and Coach Mesha. My goal as a coach is to teach and inspire members how to make lifestyle changes to improve their overall quality of life. I love to coach people who are brand new to working out, new barbell athletes and athletes who compete in competitions.
