ReignFIT Classes are a blend of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and circuit training in a bootcamp style workout. Each workout combines the muscle building benefits of resistance training with the fat burning advantages of interval training to create one awesome workout.
Classes run 45-50 minutes and includes a dynamic warmup, workout demo, workout, and often times a finisher.
