With new faces popping up at Reign Fitness everyday, we wanted to take a second to get to know our New Reign Fam members.
Today we are excited to feature Mick!

1. What or who brought you to Reign?
Megan Morrison, my sister, brought Reign to my attention but ultimately it was a need to get healthy that made me get the ball rolling.
2. Do you have any pets/kids? If so, how many?
I have a beautiful 6-month old baby girl named Emmelia and I also have a 3 year old Bullmastiff names Gus.
3. What are some of your health and fitness goals?
My main goal is to kick type-2 diabetes in the teeth and getting rid of it.
4. What do you do for a living?
I currently work for Flight Test and Evaluation at Boeing. I am also currently attending school at University of Phoenix.
5. Hobbies outside of the gym?
I have many hobbies but unfortunately with a 6 month old, full time job, school, and starting a gym routine I don't have much time for them.
But I love cigars, cooking, going to the movies, video games, and many more.
6. Have you always lived in Washington?
I was Born in Los Angeles, California but moved to Kirkland, Washington when I was nine.
I have lived in Alaska and Oregon, but I have always come back to Washington.
7. What do you wish to accomplish at Reign?
I haven't been under 300lbs since I was in 8th grade and I dream of the day I reach 299.
As of right now I am 364lbs
8. If you were to be any superhero who would you be and why?
This is a tough question but if given ultimate powers I would most likely misuse them so I ask just to be me.
If I have to choose a special power it would be teleportation.
But I guess I wouldn't mind being HULK.
I have always been good at smashing things.
9. Share an interesting fact about yourself!
This was even harder than choosing a super hero.
I guess at first glance most people think that I am aggressive and intimidating but really I am quiet reserved and very thoughtful.
I am a huge nerd when it comes to Disneyland and Star Wars too.
