With Memorial day only a little over a month away, we're excited to carry on our annual tradition of honoring those who gave the ultimate sacrifice serving our country by doing the workout Murph. at Reign Fitness.
In order to prepare for this physical challenge, you'll be seeing a progression over the next month of the bodyweight movements in the workout (push-ups, pull-ups/rows, squats). Our goal is to help you safely build efficiency with these movements and go into the Murph with confidence.
We'll be mixing these movements along with volume over time so please don't worry about boring and repetitive workouts.
But when you do see these exercises...
Just know that it's an opportunity to practice and prepare.
