The Open 19.1 Tips 15 Minute AMRAP 19 Wall Balls 19 Calorie Row (20lbs/14lbs) (10ft/9ft) Tip #1 | Breakdown and Game Plan This workout is 15 minutes of a pull (on the rower), a push (wall ball throw), and squats. - The first thing I’m looking at is the time domain. 15 minutes is not really a short workout and is going to require some pacing but because it’s an open workout, it also means there’s going to be a little sprint at the end. My suggestion: Pace until you have about 3-4 minutes left where you are going to have to just buckle up and go after it. - I’m thinking that if you’re pushing at a moderately high level, both of these movements will be able to get done in 2 minutes. The 2019 Reign Challenge Results

Our Reign Fitness Challenge kicked off January 14th, 2019 with the goal to help our community reset from the holidays, take advantage of New Year Momentum, and give everyone an opportunity to commit 30 days to self-investment. Everyone took on physical, nutrition, and lifestyle challenges that re-enforced skills that would help them stay compliant with their goals. Together our group lost 74.5lbs and a total 105 inches! I want to give a big shout out to all of our challengers for grinding through the 30 days especially with the last 10 or so days trapped indoors from Seattle's Snowmageddon. This presented new obstacles ranging from gym closures, disruption of routines, and childcare issues.

Here is a quick summary of the 2019 Open Meeting we had at Reign Fitness last Wednesday. Thank you to everyone who was able to come out and get together. The Open At Reign: The 2019 Open will begin with the first WOD announcement Thursday, February 21st, 2019. The Open is for everyone, (Barbell Class Experience Recommended) who want to test and challenge their fitness. And of course have fun.
